Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By purchasing, activating, or using Velunara, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and the hardware disclosures shown before purchase.

What you purchase

Velunara is proprietary, one-time-purchase desktop software. A valid license grants personal, non-transferable use of the purchased edition on the number of authorized devices shown at checkout. It does not transfer ownership of Velunara, its prompts, characters, memory system, orchestration, brand, or source code. Third-party engines, libraries, and model weights remain under their own licenses.

Founder Edition is $59 USD for the first 100 completed eligible licenses. Standard Edition is $149 USD afterward. Taxes may be added separately where legally required. There is no subscription for the purchased software license.

Local models and outputs

Velunara is an interface for local models selected by you. Model capabilities, accuracy, speed, licenses, and content behavior vary. You are responsible for models you install and content you create. Velunara does not host or publish private outputs and does not promise that a model is accurate, conscious, emotionally reciprocal, or suitable for professional advice.

Licensing, updates, and offline use

Activation may use a narrow device entitlement and signed offline license. Authorized offline use is preserved where possible. Refunds, fraud, or chargebacks may block future activation and updates. Velunara cannot honestly claim instant revocation of an indefinitely offline license, and a licensing failure will not delete local conversation data.

Beta limits and warranty

Beta software may contain defects, change between versions, or perform differently across hardware and local models. Verified features and known limitations must be disclosed at purchase. Any warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute process, and mandatory consumer-rights language require professional review for each sales jurisdiction before these Terms become production-ready.
