Founder beta proposal

Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase when Velunara cannot pass its documented compatibility check on the disclosed hardware, cannot activate, or cannot run after reasonable troubleshooting. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction always apply and may provide additional remedies.

How to request one

Contact the monitored support address that will be published before checkout opens. Include the order reference and a redacted compatibility or error report. Never send card numbers, passwords, conversation text, screenshots, prompts, or generated content.

Licenses and Founder inventory

After a verified refund, the license is revoked for future activation and updates. Velunara does not delete local data and cannot claim instant revocation of an indefinitely offline license. A refunded, disputed, failed, cancelled, test, or incomplete order does not count toward the first 100 Founder licenses. A Founder slot returns to available inventory only after the server records the verified refund or dispute state.

Abuse and chargebacks

Please contact support before starting a chargeback so technical or billing problems can be resolved. This does not waive your legal or card-network rights. Fraud, duplicate refund attempts, or chargebacks may suspend future activation while the payment state is reviewed.
