Velunara is proprietary application software. Local engines, model weights, and libraries remain governed by their own licenses. Those licenses do not transfer ownership of Velunara’s prompts, memory design, characters, or orchestration.

PRIVACY BOUNDARY
Local core, separately disclosed connections.
Core conversation, memory, personality, image input, generated images, and screen-observation processing are designed to remain on the user’s Windows PC. Raw observed screen frames are not retained by default.
Activation, update checks, support uploads, payment processing, and crash reporting are separate connections. They are not part of ordinary local inference and must be disclosed and user-controlled before production release.

A capable dedicated GPU is part of the product requirement.

Final compatibility depends on the exact model, driver, acceleration backend, context size, and enabled features. Checkout must require acknowledgment of this disclosure and direct customers to the signed compatibility checker before payment. That purchase flow is not live in this prototype.

Package recordModel licenses apply to the exact weights selected by the user or distributor. Compatibility with a local engine does not establish commercial redistribution rights. Production release requires a pinned repository revision, filename, byte size, cryptographic hash, license copy, and SBOM entry for every bundled artifact.

This build is not yet a signed installer, activated commercial license, completed compatibility checker, production update channel, processor-approved checkout, or final redistribution manifest. Those are release gates, not implied functionality.
