Adults and lawful adult content

Velunara is for users 18 and older. Lawful fictional adult conversation and roleplay are permitted. Velunara does not impose cloud-platform moderation on private local conversations, but capabilities depend on the model selected by the user.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Velunara to create, solicit, facilitate, or distribute illegal material, including sexual content involving minors or age-ambiguous subjects; child sexual abuse material; grooming; trafficking or exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual impersonation or deepfakes of identifiable real people; coercive sexual abuse; or other illegal sexual content.

You also may not use Velunara to violate privacy, intellectual-property, computer-misuse, harassment, fraud, sanctions, trafficking, or other applicable laws. Screen observation must not be used to capture passwords, authentication secrets, protected applications, or another person’s private information without lawful authority and consent.

How this is enforced

Velunara does not upload or inspect local conversations to enforce this policy. Mandatory safeguards may block clearly prohibited image-generation requests locally. License service action may occur when Velunara receives reliable evidence through a lawful support, refund, fraud, or abuse process. Enforcement must be documented and must never delete local conversations.
